Responsibilities

• Drive activities to deliver quality, delivery, cost, and feature excellence
• Manage sourcing activities during project phases
• Prepare and send RFI and RFQs and negotiate lead-times
• Perform cost workshops and implement cost reductions
• Conduct technical and commercial negotiations
• Negotiate and execute agreements with suppliers
• Drive supply chain optimization and mitigate risks
• Manage product and process changes
• Perform daily purchasing activities related to production, logistics, and financial flows

Requirements

• University degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience in Purchasing or negotiation within supplier/customer relationships
• Experience within the manufacturing industry
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Willingness to travel occasionally
