Responsibilities

• Handle administrative tasks including data entry, file management, and document organization.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier information, and inventory data.
• Process purchase orders by creating, updating, and tracking orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor order statuses with suppliers and address any discrepancies or delays.
• Support supplier relationship management and resolve communication issues.
• Coordinate with receiving and warehouse teams to track materials and maintain inventory levels.
• Input and manage data within purchasing and inventory management systems.
• Generate weekly and monthly reports on purchasing activity and inventory status.
• Assist with expense tracking and invoice reconciliation.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Basic understanding of purchasing processes and inventory management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate degree or bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing administrative role or purchasing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems (specifically IFS) or specialized purchasing software.
