Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day transactional procurement activities including managing requisitions, purchase orders, RFQs, and contracts
• Process and complete purchase requisitions and manage the full order lifecycle
• Initiate sourcing events, manage quotes, and send purchase orders to suppliers
• Support travel-related procurement requests such as hotel bookings and venue rentals
• Perform contract and PO lifecycle management, including reporting on expiring or aged agreements
• Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues regarding past-due POs, invoice discrepancies, and price variances
• Maintain accurate supplier data and support the supplier registration process
• Act as a business partner to internal stakeholders on the Coupa platform
• Monitor compliance with business unit and corporate procurement policies

Requirements

• Proven experience in Procurement or a related field
• Proficiency in procurement platforms, specifically Coupa
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and investigative skills
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
