Buyer

Responsibilities

• Lead the tender process and identify bidders meeting technical, budget, and schedule constraints
• Issue RFP/RFQ, expedite, and collect offers from bidders
• Analyze offers and identify commercial or contractual clarifications
• Develop bidder selection recommendations based on cost, technical requirements, and delivery time
• Set up package strategies and lead commercial negotiations to achieve competitive pricing
• Perform financial and commercial analysis including market intelligence and cost breakdown structures
• Conduct internal contract checkpoints to ensure contractual protections and minimize risk
• Manage vendor claims and develop appropriate settlement plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or business administration
• 5+ years of experience as a Buyer in the oil and gas or energy sector
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or C&I equipment
• Proficiency in English
