Buyer - Tops

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute buying strategies to curate trend-driven product assortments for the women's knit tops category
• Conduct market research and analyze social media and competitor trends to drive on-trend newness
• Lead pricing negotiations with suppliers to optimize margins and secure best cost structures
• Manage weekly sales performance, open-to-buy budgets, and inventory levels to meet financial targets
• Partner with production, replenishment, planning, and creative teams to ensure timely deliveries and successful product launches
• Utilize sales data and customer insights to continuously optimize product assortments and profitability

Requirements

• 5-7 years of apparel buying experience, ideally within an eCommerce fashion environment
• Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends and a deep passion for the industry
• Proven experience negotiating product quality, costs, and delivery dates with vendors
• Excellent analytical, prioritization, and project management skills
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Production, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Ability to work onsite during core business hours (Monday – Friday)
