Responsibilities

• Develop and execute buying strategies to curate trend-driven product assortments
• Conduct market research and trend forecasting to ensure a competitive product mix
• Lead pricing negotiations with suppliers to secure best cost structures and maximize margins
• Manage weekly sales performance, open-to-buy budgets, and inventory levels
• Partner with production, replenishment, planning, and creative teams for timely deliveries
• Utilize sales performance data and market insights to optimize assortments

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Fashion Buying, specifically in the swim category
• Proven track record in a high-growth eCommerce environment
• Experience negotiating product quality, costs, and delivery dates with vendors
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Production, Design or related field
• Fluency in English
