Buyer - Sweaters

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute buying strategies to curate trend-driven product assortments for women's sweaters.
• Conduct market research and analyze social media and competitor trends to drive on-trend newness.
• Lead pricing negotiations with suppliers to optimize margins and secure best cost structures.
• Manage weekly sales performance, open-to-buy budgets, and inventory levels to meet financial targets.
• Partner cross-functionally with production, replenishment, planning, and creative teams.
• Utilize sales data and customer insights to continuously optimize product assortments.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of apparel buying experience, ideally within an eCommerce fashion brand.
• Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends.
• Proven experience negotiating product quality, costs, and delivery dates with vendors.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Production, Design, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite during core business hours (Monday – Friday).
