Responsibilities

• Develop paid social strategies aligned with client objectives including awareness, consideration, and conversion
• Build and launch campaigns across major platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Set up tracking mechanisms using pixels, UTMs, and platform conversion APIs
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize toward KPIs like CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS
• Test creative variations, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and placements
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and end-of-campaign reports, translating complex data into actionable insights
• Collaborate with creative teams on asset briefing and with analytics teams on data flows and tagging

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in paid social media buying or digital media
• Strong knowledge of social platforms including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat
• Proficiency with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
• Hands-on experience with pixels, conversion APIs, and event tracking
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Retail DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) clients
• Experience managing campaigns within the US market
