About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist with commercial negotiations for MSAs, NDAs, SOWs, Events, and Order Forms
- Partner with Legal, Security, and TPRM teams to ensure contracts meet risk standards
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal Business Owners to navigate procurement processes
- Drive efficiency in the Source-to-Pay (S2P) process and ensure accurate PO creation
- Monitor vendor performance and manage renewals proactively
- Analyze spend data to identify consolidation opportunities and cost-saving initiatives
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of experience in Global Procurement
- Understanding of end-to-end Source-to-Pay life cycle
- Focus on Software and SaaS categories in a global corporate environment
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage high volumes of concurrent requests in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Zip and Workday
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and Ironclad
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Business, or a related field
- Experience in the Tech/Cloud industry
- Understanding of TPRM and GDPR/Data Privacy requirements
