Responsibilities

• Set up and manage the full supplier selection process, including preparing and launching Requests for Quotation via ARIBA
• Lead project negotiations and prepare Business Awards
• Ensure on-time delivery and quality, particularly during critical project ramp-up phases
• Support the development and implementation of commodity strategies
• Build and maintain strong, collaborative supplier relationships
• Monitor supplier performance and develop necessary improvement plans
• Apply Alstom's procurement processes and provide feedback for continuous improvement
• Promote and adhere to Alstom’s Code of Ethics and highest standards of ethical conduct

Requirements

• Master's or bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement
• Proficiency in both French and English
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and challenge the status quo
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Results-driven, rigorous, and structured approach to work
