Buyer's Agent

Responsibilities

• Work with finance-ready clients to understand their specific property needs and goals
• Source suitable properties through on-market, pre-market, and off-market channels
• Conduct thorough due diligence and property research for clients
• Lead negotiations and manage the entire buying process from start to finish
• Partner with in-store mortgage brokers to convert finance-approved customers into successful buyers
• Run buyer strategy sessions and develop tailored property briefs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders

Requirements

• Class 1/Full Real Estate License (or equivalent)
• Proven track record of managing 20+ end-to-end residential transactions
• Strong knowledge of the local market and buyer psychology
• Excellent negotiation skills that build trust and deliver successful outcomes
• Established networks to source off-market and pre-market opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with investor clients or managing off-market stock
• Personal experience as a property buyer or investor
• Ability to thrive in a high-autonomy, high-reward environment
