Buyer's Agent

Responsibilities

• Work closely with finance-ready clients to understand their specific property needs
• Source suitable properties through on-market, pre-market, and off-market channels
• Conduct thorough due diligence and property research
• Lead negotiations and manage the entire buying process from start to finish
• Build strong working relationships with industry stakeholders and mortgage brokers
• Run buyer strategy sessions and tailor property briefs to client goals
• Deliver outstanding service to earn client trust and repeat business

Requirements

• Class 1/Full Real Estate License (or equivalent)
• Proven success managing 20+ end-to-end residential transactions
• Established networks to source off-market and pre-market opportunities
• Strong knowledge of the local market and buyer psychology
• Excellent negotiation skills that build trust and deliver great outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a property buyer or investor
• Experience working with off-market stock or investor clients
• Ability to thrive in a high-autonomy, high-reward environment
