Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and timely material flow to support production and delivery capabilities
• Manage operational purchasing processes and maintain supply security
• Plan and create purchase orders and framework agreements based on requirements
• Negotiate prices, delivery times, and terms with international suppliers
• Handle commercial processing of import shipments, including customs classification
• Monitor and track orders and material deliveries continuously
• Maintain master data and analyze data within the ERP system
• Collaborate with internal departments and external suppliers to optimize the supply chain

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training or a comparable qualification
• At least 2 years of professional experience in purchasing within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in German (minimum C1 level) and good command of English
• Experience using ERP systems, ideally SAP Business One
• Strong proficiency in MS Office
• Strong negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Structured, independent, and quality-conscious way of working

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional qualification in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management
• Experience in mechanical engineering or an industrial environment
• Knowledge of Kanban systems and Lean Manufacturing methods
