Buyer Private Label - LAYBELS

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop seasonal collections in close collaboration with management and the brand building team
• Drive end-to-end product development and design in partnership with fashion influencers
• Oversee buying, production, and quality control processes
• Lead negotiations with international suppliers regarding pricing, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and deliveries
• Analyze product performance to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
• Ensure smooth workflows and continuously optimize internal processes
• Provide professional guidance and leadership to a small buying team

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, textile management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in private label buying
• Proven background in fast fashion, young fashion, or commercial fashion brands
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, and production quantities
• Excellent sense for trends, competition, and pricing strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
