Buyer Private Label - LAYBELS

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop seasonal collections in close collaboration with management and the brand-building team
• Drive holistic product development and design in partnership with various fashion influencers
• Oversee purchasing, production, and quality control processes
• Lead negotiations with international suppliers regarding prices, specifications, quality standards, timelines, and deliveries
• Analyze product performance to identify potential improvements and growth opportunities
• Ensure smooth workflows and continuously optimize internal processes
• Provide professional guidance and support to a small buying team

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Private Label buying
• Proven experience in Fast Fashion, Young Fashion, or commercial fashion brands
• Deep knowledge of fabrics, materials, and production volumes
• Strong sense for trends, competition, and pricing strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
