Buyer Private Label

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for the holistic development of seasonal collections from idea to final delivery
• Translate trends, customer insights, and market data into commercially successful product worlds
• Manage the planning and implementation of seasonal collections in collaboration with Product, Design, and Marketing
• Ensure consistent alignment of brand identity, target group, and product positioning
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to delivery
• Oversee buying and production processes and quality assurance
• Build and maintain long-term partnerships with international suppliers
• Conduct price negotiations and coordinate product specifications, quality standards, and delivery times
• Optimize margins considering product quality and brand requirements
• Analyze product performance and derive measures for future collections
• Continuously develop product and pricing strategies

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or a comparable qualification
• At least 3 years of experience in Private Label Buying or product development
• Background in Fast Fashion, Young Fashion, or commercially oriented fashion brands
• Sound knowledge of fabrics, materials, and production processes
• Strong sense for trends combined with a strong commercial mindset
• Strong communication skills and experience in stakeholder management
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision-making
• Fluent English skills
