Buyer Private Label

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of end-to-end development of seasonal collections from concept to delivery
• Translate trends and market data into commercially successful product ranges
• Lead planning and execution of collections in collaboration with product, design, and marketing teams
• Manage the full product lifecycle including buying, production, and quality control
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international suppliers
• Lead negotiations on pricing, specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines
• Optimize margins and analyze product performance to derive actionable insights

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Textile Management, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in private label buying or product development
• Background in fast fashion, young fashion, or commercially driven fashion brands
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, and production processes
• Proven ability to balance trend awareness with commercial decision-making
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach
• Business fluency in English
