Responsibilities

• Purchase materials in accordance with management guidelines and customer contracts regarding AVL adherence, unit price, quality, and delivery
• Make tactical buying decisions including order placement, rescheduling, cancellations, and resolution of non-conforming materials or invoice queries
• Minimize inventory levels while maintaining adequate material to meet production plans
• Initiate corrective actions and escalations to prevent impacts on the production schedule
• Manage procurement automation processes by optimizing and troubleshooting systems to ensure data integrity

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered)
• 1+ years of related experience preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace or MS Office, including advanced Excel knowledge
