Responsibilities

• Drive planning decisions using ERP/MRP systems to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations
• Manage supplier performance and resolve shortages proactively
• Balance inventory levels with service requirements
• Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Customer Service to meet business objectives
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks before they impact production
• Drive continuous improvement by enhancing planning and procurement processes

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in purchasing, planning, supply chain, or materials management in manufacturing
• Demonstrated experience utilizing ERP/MRP systems
• Experience supporting manufacturing operations and production scheduling
• Proven ability to manage suppliers and maintain supply continuity
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in reading complex technical documents and business communications
• Fluency in English
• Ability to apply basic algebra, ratios, and interpret data sets/charts
