About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee paid social media tactical planning, execution, and reporting
- Implement social initiatives across Meta, Twitter, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat
- Analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimize ROI
- Manage and allocate campaign budgets effectively
- Prepare and present comprehensive performance reports to clients
- Collaborate with media planning and buying teams to ensure integrated strategies
- Train team members on paid social media tactics
Requirements
- 1.5 - 2+ years of advertising or media agency experience
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok, Pinterest, and X Ads
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage tight deadlines
