Buyer, Outlet (Americas)

Responsibilities

• Build and execute strategic seasonal buys for the outlet channel to meet brand priorities and financial targets
• Drive buy generation based on target sales, inventory levels, and merchandise financial plans
• Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and historical sales data to forecast demand and optimize inventory flow
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to deliver compelling assortments
• Track product performance and adjust buying strategies to maximize sales and minimize markdowns
• Conduct line plan analysis to ensure assortments meet productivity goals and regional growth strategies
• Lead Buy Review meetings to communicate seasonal product strategies and revenue targets to cross-functional partners

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Marketing, or a related field
• 3-5 years of buying experience in footwear, apparel, or fashion retail
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Deep understanding of retail math, consumer behavior, and data trend analysis
