Buyer MOPS, SDS APAC

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sourcing plans and conduct negotiations to improve competitive position and achieve business goals.
• Partner with business functions to understand needs and select reliable suppliers for SDS and MOPS categories.
• Analyze market dynamics, supplier capacity, regional regulations, and best sourcing practices.
• Manage competitive bidding processes for spend areas including Contact Centers, eCommerce, Consumer Promotion, and Marketing Materials.
• Execute low to medium complexity negotiations in alignment with category strategy.
• Deliver individual annual savings targets and ensure compliance with corporate governance and contract management processes.
• Identify opportunities for frame contracts or catalogues to streamline repetitive buys.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure high supplier performance.

Requirements

• University Degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or Law.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven experience in Procurement, specifically within marketing and sales categories.
