Responsibilities

• Execute all purchasing activities following the guidelines of the Purchasing Coordinator and Head of Department
• Manage the float of inquiries and conduct economical and contractual negotiations
• Issue economical evaluations to project teams and propose mitigation actions for budget variances
• Issue purchase orders, manage amendments, and expedite vendor acceptance
• Support project procurement coordinators in resolving commercial issues during supply development
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 8 years of relevant purchasing experience in large oil & gas plant construction or EPC projects
• Proven experience in international purchasing
• Specific experience in steel structure fabrication and piping bulk procurement
• Strong negotiation skills regarding commercial terms and conditions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and management skills
