Buyer - Men's

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute buying strategies to curate trend-driven product assortments for the Men's category
• Conduct market research and analyze social media and competitor trends to drive on-trend newness
• Lead pricing negotiations with suppliers to optimize margins and secure best cost structures
• Manage weekly sales performance, open-to-buy budgets, and inventory levels to meet financial goals
• Partner with production, replenishment, planning, and creative teams to ensure timely deliveries and successful product launches
• Utilize sales data and market insights to continuously optimize product assortments and profitability

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in Buying for men's apparel, ideally within an eCommerce fashion brand
• Strong understanding of current and emerging fashion trends
• Proven experience negotiating product quality, costs, and delivery dates with vendors
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Production, Design, or a related field
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, CA (Monday – Friday)
