Buyer, Local Investment

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, place, and maintain local video and audio buys for clients
• Collaborate with Strategy, Communications Design, and Client Advisors
• Place, confirm, and monitor media buys and manage promotional executions
• Monitor market conditions and pull research reports
• Execute day-to-day account activities including buy entry and discrepancy resolution
• Develop and maintain media partner relationships

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid negotiating skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Knowledge of media math
• Proficiency with MBox or equivalent Inventory Management systems

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of media experience
• Experience as a Partnerships Associate
• Proven problem-solving ability
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment
