Buyer for Aftersales

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and tender operations, including defining strategies, launching RFQs, and managing Call for Tender (CFT) processes.
• Negotiate commercial and contractual terms to secure optimal purchasing conditions and minimize financial exposure.
• Manage contract lifecycles and ensure accurate data management within ERP systems like SAP/AMOS.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to align after-sales strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance through key KPIs and support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in procurement, sourcing, or supplier management.
• Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, ideally with a technical background in Cabin interiors.
• Strong expertise in contract negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems (experience with SAP or AMOS is a significant plus).
• Fluency in English, specifically at a professional negotiation level.
