Responsibilities

• Develop and execute buying strategies to curate trend-driven product assortments for women's graphic tops
• Conduct market research and trend forecasting to ensure a competitive and forward-thinking product mix
• Lead pricing negotiations with suppliers to optimize margins and secure best cost structures
• Manage weekly sales performance, open-to-buy budgets, and inventory levels to meet financial targets
• Collaborate cross-functionally with production, planning, and creative teams to ensure timely deliveries and successful launches
• Utilize sales data and market insights to optimize product assortments and increase profitability

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of apparel buying experience, ideally within an eCommerce fashion environment
• Strong expertise in trend forecasting and a deep passion for the fashion industry
• Proven experience negotiating product quality, costs, and delivery dates with vendors
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
• Bachelor's Degree in Fashion, Production, Design, or a related field
• Ability to work onsite in Beverly Hills, CA
