Buyer

Responsibilities

• Prepare purchase orders for services and materials
• Source new vendors based on internal customer specifications
• Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing
• Maintain costing files for assigned projects
• Initiate RFQs against assigned products
• Work with Product Management to ensure GIH dates are achieved
• Coordinate sample approvals and clarify production concerns with vendors
• Track vendor performance and report metrics
• Maintain purchasing records and supplier contact databases
• Track and expedite shipments
• Coordinate CPSIA testing on required items

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of related work experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to track and follow up on multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while supporting remote teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Airtable
• Experience with Oracle
