Buyer Facility Management

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier management and develop framework agreements for technical and infrastructural facility management
• Build and maintain a reliable subcontractor network and long-term partnerships
• Advise and support department and group management during the calculation phase
• Develop and coordinate procurement strategies in collaboration with specialist departments
• Request, evaluate, and compare offers, including the creation of price comparisons
• Conduct award and contract negotiations and manage subsequent orders
• Ensure complete and audit-proof documentation of all procurement processes

Requirements

• Experience in procurement, ideally within the Facility Management sector
• Completed commercial or technical vocational training or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of relevant service markets (e.g., cleaning, maintenance, security, technical building equipment)
• Strong negotiation skills and a solution-oriented way of working
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT skills, specifically Microsoft Dynamics
• Independent, structured, and diligent working style
