Founded in 2023 by IIT and Stanford GSB alumni, Truva aims to build the most delightful and trustworthy home buying experience in India. Their comprehensive platform enables the buyer journey end-to-end, from discovery of renovated houses to legal and financial support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic design and optimization of digital and physical touch points throughout the home buyer journey
  • Define and implement best practices for direct buyer interactions, including text, calls, and home visit experiences
  • Develop and implement innovative sales and closing experiences to streamline processes and drive conversion rates
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tech, marketing, and operations to ensure alignment of buyer experience initiatives
  • Analyze buyer feedback, market trends, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement
  • Build and manage a Relationship Manager (RM) team of 2-3 people

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in product or sales management roles
  • Experience strategizing initiatives to enhance the customer journey
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with clients
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience in real estate or high-ticket consumer products is preferred
