About the role
About the Company
Founded in 2023 by IIT and Stanford GSB alumni, Truva is redefining the home-buying experience in India. Our platform provides end-to-end assistance to home buyers: from discovering top-tier properties and scheduling visits to navigating legal formalities and arranging financing.
Responsibilities
- Own the Buyer Journey from first contact to deal closure
- Build relationships by understanding customer needs and offering property insights
- Conduct in-person property visits and ensure a delightful buying process
- Handle the end-to-end sales cycle including listing optimization, negotiations, and documentation
- Collaborate with the Growth Team on open houses and lead-generation experiments
- Partner with the product team to translate buyer feedback into digital features
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Hospitality, or HR)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust
- Balance of data-driven thinking and emotional intelligence
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Passion for improving systems and customer journeys
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or passion in real estate, proptech, or home ownership journeys
