About the role

About the Company

Founded in 2023 by IIT and Stanford GSB alumni, Truva is redefining the home-buying experience in India. Our platform provides end-to-end assistance to home buyers: from discovering top-tier properties and scheduling visits to navigating legal formalities and arranging financing.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Buyer Journey from first contact to deal closure
  • Build relationships by understanding customer needs and offering property insights
  • Conduct in-person property visits and ensure a delightful buying process
  • Handle the end-to-end sales cycle including listing optimization, negotiations, and documentation
  • Collaborate with the Growth Team on open houses and lead-generation experiments
  • Partner with the product team to translate buyer feedback into digital features

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Hospitality, or HR)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust
  • Balance of data-driven thinking and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
  • Passion for improving systems and customer journeys

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience or passion in real estate, proptech, or home ownership journeys
