Buyer - Exclusive Collections (Private Label)

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop seasonal collections in collaboration with management and the brand building team
• Drive end-to-end product development and design alongside fashion influencers
• Oversee buying, production, and quality control processes
• Lead negotiations with international suppliers regarding pricing, specifications, quality, and timelines
• Analyze product performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Optimize workflows and provide professional guidance to a small buying team

Requirements

• Degree in business administration, textile management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in private label buying
• Background in fast fashion, young fashion, or commercial fashion brands
• Strong knowledge of fabrics, materials, and production quantities
• Excellent sense for trends, competition, and pricing strategies
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluency in English
