About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the global supply cycle and supplier relationships
- Analyze purchase requests and draft associated orders
- Monitor ongoing contracts and manage specific contract formalization (FGX)
- Prepare and lead follow-up meetings with suppliers
- Track receptions and manage the financial aspects of planned receptions
- Issue alerts in case of schedule discrepancies
Requirements
- Bac+2 or Bac+3 degree in Purchasing, Logistics, or Industrial Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Mastery of standard office tools (Pack Office)
- Ability to obtain defense clearance
