Responsibilities

• Manage the purchasing and procurement of commodities to support the supply chain.
• Drive supplier performance improvements and manage quality issues using root cause and corrective action methodologies.
• Develop and maintain effective supplier relationships and report on performance trends.
• Coordinate and manage supplier open order reports to expedite and escalate priority lists.
• Collaborate with internal departments including Planning, Program Management, and Production to meet forecast commits.
• Lead negotiations to improve purchase price variances and achieve cost reductions for direct and indirect spend.
• Ensure the flow down of contractual requirements such as special processes, FAI, and DPAS ratings.
• Manage ERP procurement exceptions and maintain master data integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Finance.
• 5 years of related procurement or supply chain experience.
• Knowledge of and experience with AS9100 requirements.
• High level of understanding regarding material and planning processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with electronics, machining, and knowledge of PWB/PCB.
• Hands-on experience working with SAP.
