Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day procurement operations, including processing PRs and releasing POs within quality and time constraints
• Track and follow up on POs and deliveries to ensure security of supply
• Maintain proper documentation in SAP in compliance with all requirements
• Manage import licenses and end-use certificates
• Resolve availability issues in coordination with requisitioners and planners
• Coordinate delivery and quality non-conformities with plant stakeholders
• Support root cause analysis for invoice non-conformities and manage accounts payable escalations
• Monitor operational supplier performance, specifically On Time In Full (OTIF)
• Resolve major supply issues and complaints in collaboration with Category Management and Sourcing

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in business, chemical, or technical fields
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement operations
• Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, or similar IT tools
• Business proficiency in both English and Chinese
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and perform effectively under pressure

• Experience with procurement digitalization
