Responsibilities

• Conduct sourcing and evaluation of local and international providers for categories including furniture, risk management, logistics, lab equipment, and agroindustry machinery
• Manage competitive bidding and tendering processes, including solicitation documents and commercial evaluations
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure optimal pricing, delivery conditions, and contractual terms
• Create and manage purchase orders (PO) within the institutional ERP system
• Coordinate with IMPEX specialists to ensure compliant and accelerated import processes
• Perform periodic vendor evaluations and due diligence
• Support monthly and annual closing of POs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or Logistics
• At least 6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain functions
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office
• Advanced English proficiency (minimum C1 CEFR level)
• Experience with ERP systems
• Knowledge of international trade terms and contract management
• Knowledge of traffic and logistics is desirable
