Responsibilities

• Conduct sourcing and evaluation of local and international providers for categories including office equipment, risk management, and logistics.
• Manage competitive bidding and tendering processes, including solicitation document preparation and commercial evaluation.
• Lead commercial negotiations to secure optimal pricing, delivery conditions, and contractual terms.
• Manage the full purchase order lifecycle within the institutional ERP system, from requisition to monthly/annual closing.
• Coordinate with IMPEX specialists to ensure compliant and efficient import processes for international items.
• Perform vendor onboarding, due diligence, and periodic performance evaluations.
• Maintain strong communication with internal clients and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Finance, or Logistics.
• At least 5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain functions.
• Proven experience with competitive bidding processes and supplier negotiations.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office.
• Advanced English skills (minimum B2 CEFR level) in both written and conversational forms.
• Strong competencies in critical thinking, negotiation, problem-solving, and client orientation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior knowledge of insurance matters.
