Responsibilities

• Process and manage daily purchase orders generated from sales orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment.
• Execute order fulfillment activities to support revenue recognition, on-time shipment, and transactional accuracy.
• Monitor and support vendor performance metrics in partnership with Procurement and Category Managers.
• Drive continuous improvement through KPIs and the use of Veralto Enterprise System (VES) tools.
• Perform transitional receiving activities for chemical, equipment, and service purchase orders.
• Resolve vendor discrepancies regarding pricing, quality, delivery, and safety through root-cause identification.
• Manage Blanket Purchase Orders from issuance through renewal or disposition.
• Maintain system data and reporting, including pricing, lead times, and dashboards, to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Supply Chain with 1–2 years of purchasing or inventory experience, OR 3 years of purchasing, inventory, or logistics experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Experience working with an ERP system.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
