Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement process for the acquisition of goods, materials, and services in accordance with approved procedures
• Select suppliers to ensure the correct fulfillment of requirements from user areas
• Perform cost structure analysis and equalization of economic proposals from suppliers
• Negotiate and propose the best technical and economic options to satisfy internal client needs
• Ensure the quality of goods and services to guarantee compliance within established timelines
• Coordinate with internal and external clients to achieve efficient management
• Manage and monitor departmental key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

• University degree in Industrial Engineering or Administration
• 3 years of experience leading procurement processes for materials and services
• Advanced proficiency in SAP MM and SAP Ariba modules
• Intermediate to advanced level of Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or postgraduate studies in Supply Chain Management
• Knowledge of Power BI
• Intermediate English language skills
