About the role

Responsibilities

  • Deploy commodity strategies and manage supplier relationships to ensure project execution aligns with Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Technical (QCDT) objectives
  • Support global supplier panel relationships and monitor daily supplier performance
  • Consolidate commodity inputs and contribute to strategy development
  • Represent commodities in project discussions and ensure alignment with sourcing processes
  • Coordinate projects across different departments and prepare Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
  • Lead project negotiations and monitor QCDT and legal project evolution
  • Prepare business awards and manage change requests to optimize costs
  • Collaborate with the Project Sourcing Manager and contribute to project management committees

Requirements

  • Degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • 2 to 5 years of industry experience
  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Proven experience in supplier relationship management
  • Strong understanding of sourcing processes and strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of a third language to facilitate communication with international partners and suppliers
