Responsibilities

• Manage the full supplier selection process, including preparing and launching Requests for Quotation (RFQ)
• Lead project negotiations and monitor project QCDT (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Time) and legal evolution
• Ensure supplier contract execution and coordinate with Global Procurement, Engineering, Legal, and Supply Chain teams
• Build and manage supplier relationships, including performance measurement and risk mitigation
• Consolidate commodity needs and actively participate in strategy development
• Promote Alstom’s Code of Ethics and adhere to the highest standards of ethical conduct

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 0-5 years of experience in sourcing or procurement
• Knowledge of contract management and legal awareness
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented approach
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment with an international mindset
• Rigorous and structured work style
