Responsibilities

• Define and implement Project Sourcing and Industrial Strategies, including make-or-buy and logistics strategies
• Supervise contract execution and ensure supplier performance through the First Article Inspection (FAI) milestone
• Manage the Material Work Package to ensure Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) commitments are met
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, and Quality teams to ensure timely and accurate project deliverables
• Drive and supervise material procurement, manufacturing, testing, and logistics processes
• Collaborate on continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with EHS regulations

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Purchasing, or an equivalent field
• 2–3 years of experience in Sourcing, Engineering, Project Management, or Quality
• Good knowledge of signalling equipment
• Proficiency in English and basic Spanish
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Autonomous, organized, and results-oriented with a hands-on mentality

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP certification or at least 1 year of experience within a Project Management team
• Experience in supplier and quality management
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP tools (e.g., SAP)
• Familiarity with PLM/PDM tools (e.g., TeamCenter, VPM, ENOVIA)
