Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with purchasing policies and manage supplier relationships to guarantee efficient supply under optimal commercial conditions.
• Validate legal compliance during the supplier onboarding process.
• Ensure all purchases align with commercial agreements and acquisition criteria.
• Support users during critical purchasing processes and resolve commercial conflicts with suppliers.
• Manage the supplier evaluation process to measure performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate strategic projects with suppliers and operations teams.
• Monitor key procurement indicators to implement actions that meet regional strategic objectives.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in procurement.
• Knowledge of raw materials, resins, additives, masterbatch, pigments, and packaging materials.
• Strong understanding of Incoterms and import processes.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments is preferred.
