Buyer

Responsibilities

• Manage orders and ensure the timely delivery of goods and indirect materials
• Maintain optimal stock levels across multiple warehouse locations in the Czech Republic and Slovakia
• Manage assigned product groups and supplier relationships
• Coordinate logistics within and outside the EU, including import/export rules
• Collaborate closely with product managers and the sales team
• Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve issues and optimize procurement

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar buyer or procurement role
• Proficiency in MS Office
• English language skills at a B2 level
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Customer-oriented approach and ability to work effectively in a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Helios system
• Strong analytical and technical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
