Responsibilities

• Manage order processes by identifying project/stock needs and placing purchase orders in coordination with HQ.
• Oversee logistics management, including identifying necessary transport services and coordinating equipment delivery to sites.
• Handle vendor management by maintaining local partnerships and scouting new vendors to expand the company portfolio.
• Support corporate purchasing for functions such as marketing, HSE, HR, and legal.
• Manage tools and equipment procurement, including PPE and lifting tools, and oversee their annual inspection and repair.
• Coordinate overhaul and repair activities for stock and project items by scouting local and international vendors.
• Collaborate with stock management, Project Managers, and SAM to optimize stock value, transportation costs, and spare parts availability.
• Provide backup support for fleet management, warehouse ERP updates, and warranty case management.

Requirements

• Degree in Economy, technical fields, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of procurement experience, preferably within the industrial sector.
• Strong knowledge of the DACH market.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
• Native German speaker with fluent English communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, planning, and relationship management skills.
• Availability to participate in a 10-day induction period in Italy.
