Responsibilities

• Welcome VIP guests warmly and build discreet, attentive service relationships
• Provide high-end luggage assistance, including packing and unpacking to luxury standards
• Conduct suite orientations and ensure guests are fully comfortable with all amenities
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively manage requests, reservations, and preferences
• Prepare VIP suites to luxury and Forbes standards, performing detailed pre-arrival checks
• Maintain accurate guest preference profiles and keep VIP pantries organized
• Provide food and beverage support, including making dining recommendations and overseeing In-Room Dining
• Coordinate smooth guest departures, including bell service and transportation logistics
• Resolve guest concerns with discretion, urgency, and composure

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of luxury hospitality experience in a 5-star environment
• At least 3 years of dedicated experience in VIP services
• Fluency in at least two languages
• Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure
• Polished, charismatic, and professional demeanor
