Butler - Turkish Speaker

Responsibilities

• Identify and anticipate guest needs to provide highly personalized, high-end service
• Manage in-suite amenities, technology, and services to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Assist guests with all plans, arrangements, and requests during their stay
• Greet repeat guests and maintain updated profiles to ensure personalized recognition
• Supervise room service, food and beverage operations, and other guest-related concerns
• Provide direction and tasks to domestic employees and support staff
• Maintain strict guest privacy and discretion at all times
• Ensure all guest requests are followed up on and completed to achieve 100% satisfaction
• Adhere to all food safety, quality management, and environmental sustainability protocols

Requirements

• High school or vocational diploma
• At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry
• Fluency in both English and Turkish
• Extensive knowledge of customer service and hotel management
• Strong ability to supervise staff and manage operational tasks
