About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized butler services to VIP and assigned guests
- Handle guest requests, preferences, and special arrangements
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and F&B to meet guest needs
- Assist with unpacking/packing, wardrobe care, and in-room service
- Arrange dining, transportation, and bespoke in-room experiences
- Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain strict privacy at all times
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience as a Butler or in luxury hotel guest service
- High level of professionalism, grooming, and discretion
- Knowledge of VIP service standards in luxury hotel environments
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
- Multilingual skills: Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, or Arabic
