Butler Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the butler team to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Ensure personalized service for VIP and luxury guests
• Coordinate guest preferences, arrivals, and special requests
• Train staff on luxury service standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Monitor service quality and guest satisfaction levels
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B teams to streamline operations
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues efficiently

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in luxury hotel environments, including supervisory roles
• Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency in hotel management systems
• Excellent English communication skills
