Responsibilities

• Collect trash and recyclables from resident doorsteps, including upper-level units requiring stairs
• Use leak-proof totes to transport waste to pickup trucks and designated disposal sites
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at compactor and dumpster areas
• Log nightly service documentation into the proprietary system
• Collaborate with Operations Management to address service gaps and emergencies
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, and climbing stairs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance with a good driving record
• Experience in high-quality customer service
• Ability to work in outdoor settings and walk long distances
• Strong oral and written communication skills
